How can I cancel my party or rental?
If you need to cancel your event, please contact us at least 24hrs before the event. In the case of rain or high winds you should contact us the day of the event to reschedule or cancel your event.
Do you have a generator?
Generators are available upon request. They usually have enough gas to run for 4-5 hours. If your rental is longer than 5 hours, it is suggested that you have 1 gallon of gas to put in the generator.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, there is 15% deposit required to reserve equipment for your event.
How far in advance should we make a reservation?
Two weeks (14 days) or earlier is suggested.
What comes with the snow-cone machine?
You will receive cones and syrup only. You are responsible for supplying ice.
Are there any set up fees?
No, we will set up and remove equipment for free.
Are there any delivery fees?
Yes, if you are 15 miles outside of the 20019 zip code, there will be a delivery fee added.
What's the weather policy?
Please contact us on the morning of the event to cancel if rain or high winds are in the forecast. In order to receive refund, it is suggested that you call between the hours of 7am and 9am. Bounce Houses cannot be inflated in harsh weather conditions (rain or high winds).
